1. Introduction
Welcome to the East & Co. website (“Site”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site operated by East & Co. (“East & Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in East Boulder, Colorado. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Online Purchases
East & Co. may offer products and services for purchase through the Site, including but not limited to marketplace goods, gift cards, event tickets, and merchandise.
Pricing and Availability. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy but do not guarantee that all prices are error-free. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change at any time.
Orders and Payment. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to involve fraud, unauthorized payment, or violation of these Terms.
Taxes. Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total as required by Colorado state and local law.
Shipping and Delivery. Shipping timelines and costs, where applicable, will be communicated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss for purchased products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Marketplace Goods and Merchandise. Refund and exchange eligibility varies by product. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at [email protected]. Items must be in original, unused condition. We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that show signs of use or damage not caused by shipping.
Gift Cards. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Event Tickets. Event ticket purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the event of a cancellation by East & Co. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be honored for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, contact us to discuss options.
5. Reservations and Event Inquiries
The Site may allow you to submit reservation requests or event inquiries. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or confirmation. A reservation or event booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from East & Co. We reserve the right to decline any reservation or inquiry at our discretion.
Event bookings may be subject to separate agreements, deposits, or cancellation policies, which will be communicated to you directly.
6. Age Requirements
Certain areas of East & Co. serve alcoholic beverages. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or consume alcohol. East & Co. reserves the right to request valid identification and to refuse service to anyone who does not meet legal age requirements.
7. Information You Provide
When you subscribe to our newsletter, submit a reservation or event inquiry form, make a purchase, or otherwise provide information through the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and for any activity that occurs under your account, if applicable.

All content on the Site — including photographs, copy, menus, graphics, and page layout — is the property of East & Co. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. No license or right is granted to you by implication or otherwise to use any trademark or content without our prior written consent.
11. User-Submitted Content
If the Site allows you to submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you grant East & Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the operation and promotion of East & Co. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and East & Co. regarding your use of the Site.
