East & Co. is a full-day hospitality destination in East Boulder's Flatiron Park. We're a coffee bar, restaurant, cocktail lounge, marketplace, and event space under one roof, led by Culinary Director Tim Cook and open from morning through evening.

We are open daily from 7am - 7pm.

Complimentary parking is available on-site at 2100 Central Ave. Additional street parking is available.

Reservations aren't required but are recommended for the Market Hall restaurant. Walk-ins are always welcome at the coffee bar, deli counter, and cocktail bar. For parties of six or more, we'd suggest booking ahead.

Yes. Breakfast, deli counter items, coffee, and our weekly Family Meal take-and-heat dinners are all available to go. You can order online or at the counter.

Yes. Our menu includes vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, and our kitchen can accommodate most common allergies. Let your server know when you sit down, or mention it in the notes when you order online. For private events, our team can build a custom menu around any dietary needs.

Absolutely. We have several distinct event spaces that can be configured for groups of twelve to two hundred. Private celebrations, corporate events, conferences, rehearsal dinners; our dedicated onsite coordinator handles the logistics from first call to last guest. Fill out the inquiry form on our Private Events page and we'll be in touch within 24 hours.

We recommend reaching out at least four to six weeks in advance for private events, and eight or more weeks for larger conferences or events. That said, we'll always try to make it work. Get in touch and we'll see what's available.
