Lunges & Lattes: Outdoor Pilates at East & Co.

Grab a friend and get your sweat on. Join us for a complimentary outdoor pilates session on the community lawn at East & Co., presented by Kinetic Pilates.
The morning kicks off with a 50-minute mat class taught for all levels, so no prior pilates experience is needed. Afterward, stick around for espresso beverages and light refreshments at the on-site coffee bar.
Please bring your own mat and water. The first 10 people to register will be entered to win a raffle prize, a 5-class package at Kinetic.
Saturday, August 1, 2026. Arrive by 8:45 AM to get settled on the lawn, class starts at 9:00 AM. Free parking is available and registration is free.
